Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because our products include Pokémon cards, booster packs, sealed TCG products, and collectibles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong item ordered by the customer, or opened/sealed products after delivery.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment.

Refunds or replacements are only available if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item was clearly not as described.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and item.

Opened booster packs, opened boxes, and used items cannot be returned.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
